621 S Catalina Street is a 7-story, 166,558 gross square feet, 1,531-unit, self-storage facility located in Los Angeles, California. The project occupies a tight urban site in the busy Koreatown section of Los Angeles.
With modest materials, we created a vibrant pattern that both continues the horizontal lines of the street and marks the place of the building on that street.
