BARDAVID is a bar and restaurant located on the ground level of the David Rubenstein Forum, along Chicago’s historic Midway Plaisance. More than a dining destination, it provides a place of reprieve for those meeting inside the Forum and for the surrounding community.
A parametrically calibrated cloud of suspended lights threads through the slatted wood ceiling, delineating three seating sections while freeing the furniture below, rather than anchoring it to a fixed source.
