Overview
This 1927 Tudor-style home is on a creek in a historic neighborhood. Due to the landmark home's pedigree and structural system, the homeowners faced numerous challenges when they embarked on a whole-house renovation project.
The architects worked with the local heritage preservation commission for several years to plan and gain approval on complex design solutions to preserve the bones and significant architectural features of the house while creating a comfortable family home for another century.
