Overview
The Technical Education Center’s massing & expression draw inspiration from automotive design, precision, and craft. Integrated into a sloping hillside, the split-level building preserves the surrounding native prairie.
A sculptural student entrance portal leads to an elevated bridge functioning as a circulation spine and collaboration space while overlooking the automotive labs below. An exposition space extends from the hillside above the community entrance below, creating a civic gesture and strong visual identity for the campus.
