Overview
HUB 07 is designed as a new community resource to serve the Boston Square neighborhood in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The two-story-tall 43,700-square-feet glass-and metal-clad, adaptive-reuse building was conceived as a neighborhood “living room” through an extensive neighbor-led community engagement process.
The building’s bold contemporary expression provides an open and welcoming presence at the southern end of the new nine-acre Boston Square master plan designed by the same architects.
